ABOUT US

Katalin is a fitness expert with dynamic experience and a contagious training style.  She is known for integrating her 26 years in the martial arts, 15 years in boxing and 10 years as an international fitness presenter into her exercise programs.

Her innovative programs and ideas have been featured in Shape, Allure and Self magazines.  They can also be seen in all of her 20 DVDS/videos, whether it be her Travel Training, Martial AThletics or Kickboxing Fitness series.

Now pregnant with her second child, Katalin is thrilled to bring you 6 prenatal workout routines in English and Spanish that will motivate you to stay active throughout your pregnancy.

As the Owner of POW!, a Mixed Martial Arts Fitness Center in Chicago and a mother, Katalin finds that she appreciates her time to exercise more than ever before.  In an effort to help other moms and mothers-to-be, she has released Can't Stop the Mamma - Prenatal Workouts for the Active Woman.  These programs  can be mixed and matched to fit into your busy schedule and offer efficient cross training to help keep you at your optimum health throughout your pregnancy.

I consider myself an advocate for dynamic living.  I believe there is an exercise program fore everyone and every lifestyle.  As life presents changes, like pregnancy or motherhood, I strive to create exercise solutions.  Exercise is the foundation for providing a healthy lifestyle for you and your family - it starts with me leading by example.

Exercise is a survival tool I used to stay positive, fell healthy, eat a balanced diet and sleep soundly throughout my pregnancy.  These exercises and routines are an integration of sports conditioning, yoga, tai chi, core strength, flexibility, martial arts and Kegels. The combination of all these components kept me motivated and strong throughout my pregnancy.

TESTIMONIALS

"According to a Mayo Clinic article, there is no reason to sit around when you are pregnant, unless you’re expecting serious complications, sitting around won’t help. In fact, pregnancy can be a great time to get active – even if you haven’t exercised in awhile."
