Each of the 6 pregnant workouts are completely different. All programs
are offered in English and Spanish. You can choose from a Leg
Strengthening, Prenatal Yoga / Tai Chi Blend, Total Body Sculpting and
3 Cross–Training programs. The

DVDs comes with a resistance tube and a chapter on the latest
research in safe pregnancy exercises and wellness.
Katalin provides instructions for each of these pregnant workouts, in
